At Wewon Pay, we are first and foremost a travel business. Our comprehensive travel services including tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and bus tickets form the core of our operations.
By using Wewon Pay's services (Travel Packages, Flight Bookings, Hotel Reservations, Bus Tickets), you agree to these terms. Travel services are subject to service provider terms and conditions.
Travel partners must complete business verification. Provide accurate business information and maintain updated records. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activities.
Tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and bus tickets are subject to service provider terms. Cancellation policies, refund terms, and service conditions vary by provider. Travel insurance recommendations are provided.
Commission rates for travel services are specified in partnership agreements. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 30 days' notice. Partners are responsible for applicable taxes on commissions earned.
All content, trademarks, travel packages, and proprietary technology belong to Wewon Pay. Partners may not replicate, modify, or distribute our travel content or technology without written authorization.
We collect and process travel data as described in our Privacy Policy. Partners must maintain customer data confidentiality and comply with data protection laws. Report security breaches immediately.
Wewon Pay is not liable for service interruptions, third-party actions, travel disruptions, or force majeure events. Maximum liability is limited to transaction amounts as per applicable laws.
Fraud, illegal activities, or misuse of our travel platform are strictly prohibited. We monitor activities and report suspicious behaviour to regulatory authorities as required by law.
Either party may terminate agreements with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination may occur for violations, fraud, or breach of terms. Outstanding commissions will be settled per agreement.
Disputes will first attempt resolution through negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai under Indian Arbitration Act. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Indian laws. Travel services follow consumer protection laws and applicable service provider regulations.
Tour Packages: All tour packages are subject to availability, seasonal pricing, and terms of travel service providers. Cancellation policies vary by package and must be reviewed before booking.
Flight Bookings: Airline tickets are subject to carrier terms, baggage policies, and cancellation fees. Schedule changes are at airline discretion.
Hotel Reservations: Hotel bookings are subject to property policies, check-in/check-out times, and cancellation rules. Room types are subject to availability.
Bus Tickets: Bus services follow operator terms, seating policies, and cancellation rules. Schedule changes may occur.
